轴承座里的支撑轴承是特殊的滑动轴承，而不是传统的滚动轴承， 这个一个高速的永磁同步电机，电机的额定转速是10000rpm。

这里是一个联轴器，这是一款Valenian双跨的柔性转子实验台，它有四个配重转子盘，还有摩擦支架，非接触式电涡流传感器支架，还有一根做油膜涡动实验的转子轴及油膜涡动的轴承座，和一个滴注润滑油的油杯。

还有另外一些配件如转子盘卡套锁紧的特殊扳手，内六角扳手、配重螺栓、控制箱保险丝、联轴器、紧固螺栓，这个是电机的控制箱。通过这根电缆与驱动电机相连接。

现在我启动实验台给大家演示下，如何使用实验台。插上电源后，打开这边的红色开关，用手转动调速器，轻轻旋转调速器，此时电机就会开始运行。实验台运行还是很顺滑和平稳的，当转速逐渐上升的时候，达到实验台的临界转速之后，就会产生共振，我们明显能够感受到振动的加剧，过了临界转速后，振动和噪声反而逐渐减小， 现在我们将转速减小，让它再过一次临界转速，随着转速的下降，振动和噪声逐渐加剧，当实验台运行在一阶临界转速下，振动很小，噪声也很小，运行平顺。

Hello everyone, today I would like to introduce a flexible rotor test bench produced by VALENIAN company. Its model is FRT-1000.

The supporting bearing in the bearing seat is a special sliding bearing, not a traditional rolling bearing. This is a high-speed permanent magnet synchronous motor with a rated speed of 10000rpm.

This is a coupling, a double span flexible rotor test bench. It has four counterweight rotor disks, friction brackets, non-contact eddy current sensor brackets, a rotor shaft for conducting oil film vortex experiments, an oil film vortex bearing seat, and an oil cup for dripping lubricating oil.

There are also other accessories such as special wrenches for locking the rotor disc sleeve, hexagonal wrenches, counterweight bolts, control box fuses, couplings, and fastening bolts. This is the control box of the motor. Connect to the drive motor through this cable.

Now I will start the experimental platform and demonstrate how to use it. After plugging in the power, turn on the red switch on this side and manually rotate the speed controller. Gently rotate the speed controller, and the motor will start running. The operation of the experimental bench is still very smooth and stable. When the speed gradually increases and reaches the critical speed of the experimental bench, resonance will occur. We can clearly feel the intensification of vibration. After passing the critical speed, the vibration and noise gradually decrease. Now we will reduce the speed and let it pass the critical speed again. As the speed decreases, the vibration and noise gradually intensify. When the experimental bench runs at the first-order critical speed, the vibration is very small and the noise is also very small, and the operation is smooth
