1、 控制室和操作室应具备使用条件：

其环境温度、湿度、照明度及空气的净化程度符合DCS系统运行条件才可开箱安装。

2、 对安装人员的要求：

安装人员保持清洁，到控制室或操作室工作换上干净的拖鞋，已防灰尘进入DCS系统装置内；

要尽量避免静电感应对系统元器件的影响，调试时，不穿化纤等容易产生静电的织物。

机、柜、盘运输与安装

• 机、柜、盘要求整体运输到控制室，安装前拆箱。

• DCS系统硬件包装箱在运输、开箱、搬运时小心，防止倾倒和产生强烈振动，以免造成意外损失。

• 开箱时要有设备供应部门人员和接、保、检部门人员在场共同检查外观质量、设备内部卡件接线的缺陷、系统随机带来的文件、资料等，并做好记录，签字确认。

• DCS系统控制室通常有500mm左右的防静电、防潮地板，因此要考虑好底座高度，并保证其稳定性和强度。

The DCS system consists of hardware and software. The hardware installation of the DCS system includes the installation of panels, cabinets, and machines, as well as the wiring between them, system working grounding, installation of power supply and basic control parts, safety grounding and isolation.

External conditions for DCS system installation

1. The control room and operation room should have the following conditions for use:

Before installation, the civil, installation, electrical, and decoration works of the control room and operation room must be completed, and the indoor decoration must meet the design requirements. The air conditioning unit must be activated and equipped with a vacuum cleaner;

Only when the ambient temperature, humidity, lighting level, and air purification level meet the operating conditions of the DCS system, can they be unpacked for installation.

2. Requirements for installation personnel:

The installation personnel must maintain cleanliness, and when working in the control room or operation room, they must wear clean specialized slippers to prevent dust from entering the DCS system device;

Avoid the impact of Electrostatic induction on system components as much as possible. During debugging, do not wear chemical fibers and other fabrics that are prone to static electricity.

Transportation and installation of machines, cabinets, and panels

The machine, cabinet, and panel are required to be transported as a whole to the control room and unpacked before installation.

The DCS system hardware packaging box must be carefully transported, unpacked, and handled to prevent tipping and strong vibration, in order to avoid accidental losses.

When opening the box, personnel from the equipment supply department, as well as personnel from the reception, maintenance, and inspection departments, should be present to jointly inspect the appearance quality, defects in the internal card wiring of the equipment, documents and materials randomly brought by the system, and make records and sign for confirmation.

The DCS system control room usually has an anti-static and moisture-proof floor of about 500mm, so it is necessary to consider the height of the base and ensure its stability and strength.
